By accessing and using ALOK's website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD)

ALOK currently offers Cash on Delivery for all orders within Bangladesh. By choosing this method, you agree to pay the total order amount in cash to the delivery agent upon receipt of the items.

3. Product Accuracy

We strive to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and colors. However, since our products are handcrafted and photographed, slight variations in color or texture may occur.

4. Order Cancellations

ALOK reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons such as product unavailability, inaccuracies in pricing, or issues identified by our fraud detection department.
